  • Alan Bartlett

    Alan began working for the family business in Airdrie when he was just 17. He came to Chatteris in 1982 with the intention of staying a fortnight. However, Alan saw great potential to develop the business and over 25 years later, he is still based at the factory taking a hands-on role in managing all aspects of the business.

  • Toby & Oliver Bartlett

    In 2009, Alan and Pam’s twin sons Toby and Oliver joined the company. 

    Toby’s interest in the commercial side of the business led him first to the factory while his brother Oliver was initially drawn to farming.  However, as the fourth generation to uphold the Bartlett name and reputation, both sons will be expected to learn the business – from the ground up.
