  • Shane Moulton, warehouse and distribution manager

    Shane has been with the Bartletts since 1993 and there’s barely a job that he hasn’t at some time turned his hand to.

    Shane has ‘packed and stacked’ in the pack house, driven a forklift, graded carrots… you name it. Then in 2000, he became a supervisor in the dispatch fridge and loading bays, where his sound organisational skills really came to the fore.

    After nine years as supervisor, Shane became assistant transport manager and moved into the office. He was promoted to warehouse and distribution manager in 2009.

    Tireless Shane is also a qualified RTITB instructor and undertakes all in-house training for our forklifts, teleporters and 360 diggers. And to cap it all, he is also part of our health and safety team.
